Nail art per client and an aftercare kit, a required finish choice on manicures, and a spa pedicure done by a second technician during the manicure.

Add-on items

The salon's appointment services are Gel manicure (60 minutes), Spa pedicure (45 minutes) and Lash lift. Two Standalone items under Appointments → Addons → Items:

  • Nail art — Price 300, Duration 20, Scope Per Person, Linking Mode Standalone, Classes: Gel manicure and Spa pedicure. Each client's set takes 20 more minutes to paint and each pays, so the hold grows to 80 minutes and two friends pay twice.
  • Aftercare kit — Price 380, Duration 0, Scope Per Booking, Standalone, Classes: all three. A product; one kit per booking, no time added.

An add-on group

Every manicure ends with exactly one finish, so use a Single (Required) group. Create Classic polish (Price 100), Gel polish (Price 400) and Builder gel (Price 600, Duration 15), all Linking Mode Part of Group. Then create the group Finish, Selection Mode Single (Required), Scope Per Person — each client picks and pays for her own — Classes: Gel manicure and Spa pedicure. Builder gel carries 15 minutes, so choosing it also lengthens the appointment.

An add-on service

The Spa pedicure is itself a 45-minute appointment service, so offering it alongside a manicure is an add-on class. Under Addons → Classes create: Main Class Gel manicure, Addon Class Spa pedicure, Scheduling Parallel with Same Instructor off — a second technician does the feet while the first does the hands, so the client is out in 60 minutes and the time is offered only when a second connected technician is free for 45 of them. Leave the overrides blank.

What the customer sees

Two friends book a Gel manicure for 2 attendees. The summary shows the Nail art and Aftercare kit tick boxes, the Finish block and the Spa pedicure as configured. Because Finish is Single (Required), the confirm button stays disabled until Classic polish, Gel polish or Builder gel is chosen; Gel polish adds 2 × 400 because the group is Per Person. Aftercare kit adds 380 once. Ticking Nail art adds 2 × 300 and lengthens the hold from 60 to 80 minutes, so a slot that no longer fits before the next client disappears.

Changing add-ons later

Most common edits:

  • Add Chrome powder to Finish — create it as Part of Group, then add it under the group's Addons.
  • Raise Nail art to 350 — edit the item's Price on the Items tab.
  • Archive the Christmas Glitter set in January — it leaves pickers and new bookings; past bookings keep it.
  • Offer Aftercare kit on the Lash lift only — untick the other classes in the item's Classes pill.

You can also ask the assistant to make any of these changes.
