Your LINE chatbot no longer stops replying to customers who never asked to talk to your staff.
- The chatbot no longer shows a 'talk to a human' quick-reply button. Before, one tap passed the customer to your staff and paused AI replies for them. Your other quick-reply buttons stay as they were.
- The chatbot now hands a customer to your staff only when the customer clearly asks for a person or accepts an offer to talk to one.
- When a customer simply declines something, for example a camp that clashes with another class, the chatbot now replies kindly and keeps helping them.
- Customers who want a person can still ask for one in their own words at any time.
