Version 16.01 is now available for the OB app and all branded apps and can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play!
To ensure a smoother experience, we kindly invite all users to update their app to the latest version 16.01. This update includes critical performance enhancements and several exciting new features.
We plan to make this a required update by mid-August 2025. At that time, version 15.00 and older will no longer be supported in order to prevent compatibility issues.

This upgrade is designed to ensure the stable operation of new features across all devices, including:
1. （Coming in August) New custom feature: Loyalty System:
Need a reward system for customer retention? The new Cashback Reward System allows you to configure reward rules by pass (e.g., 10% cashback or $100 fixed rewards). Virtual cashback can be accumulated and redeemed on future purchases, helping you drive repeat sales effectively.
2. （Coming in August）Enhanced custom feature "Coupons&Discounts" - Part 1
New Referral Code feature:
Your customers can now generate personal referral codes and share them with friends. When a referred customer completes a purchase using the code, the referrer receives cashback rewards applicable to their next purchase—helping you grow your user base organically.
3. （Coming in August）Enhanced custom feature "Coupons&Discounts" - Part 2
Targeted coupons for specific user tags:
Want to offer a "Birthday Discount for October-born customers" only to the right users? You'll soon be able to issue coupons that are claimable only by users with specific tags. This ensures precision marketing and better promotion outcomes.
4. （Coming in August）Enhanced custom feature "Coupons&Discounts" - Part 3
Exclusive discounts for members with designated passes:
Want to offer a 15% discount only to VIP members? Soon you'll be able to limit coupon visibility and usage to users who hold specific passes. Creating a more tiered and loyalty-focused membership experience.
5. Important Calendar Issue Fix from Version 16.00
We've resolved an issue where the admin side calendar in "Calendar View" couldn't display past class records. Version 16.01 fully restores access to past scheduling data.
Note: Once all users have upgraded to version 16.01, we will gradually release the configuration interfaces for features #1~4. A detailed update log will be provided at launch.
To enjoy the best possible experience, we strongly recommend updating to version 16.01 as soon as possible via the App Store or Google Play.
