Your admin assistant now books customers into 1-on-1 appointments at the dates and times you ask for, even when you call them existing or empty slots.
- The assistant checks which times and staff are actually available, then books each requested appointment for you to confirm.
- It no longer refuses because no appointment was already on the calendar at that time, and it no longer tells you to create one-off classes under Schedule to make an appointment bookable.
- If a requested time can't be booked, the assistant gives you the reason for that time, for example that the staff member already has an appointment then.
- Questions such as which days a 1-on-1 service is open for booking now get a proper answer.
