- Automatically assign required equipment. With customer selection enabled, customers can see their assigned unit, switch to another available unit, and add clearly priced optional extras to the cart for a group class or appointment.
- Accept one-off payment, eligible passes, or both for equipment used in classes. Standalone hire has its own payment settings.
- Set flexible cash prices for weekends, time windows or specific dates. Each hire block uses the rate at its start.
- Use a class equipment override to replace its price and payment policy for one class, or inherit the equipment settings and flexible rules.
Visit passes use one visit per equipment item; standalone hire multiplies this by the number of blocks. Points passes use the configured points. Cash price adjustments do not change pass usage. Standalone hire requires All Bookings and the appropriate booking type.
