Studios billing in New Taiwan dollars can now take one-off credit and debit card payments through PAYUNi or SunPay.
- Both providers now appear in your online payment settings, each with its own logo and your merchant ID shown alongside it, so you can see at a glance which ones are switched on.
- Open either provider to enter its details: PAYUNi asks for your merchant ID, hash key and hash IV, and SunPay asks for your merchant ID, SHA-256 key and public key. Secret values are hidden as you type.
- Turning a provider off leaves your saved details in place, so you can switch it back on later without entering everything again.
- SunPay settings now show the two web addresses you need to paste into the SunPay merchant portal, ready to copy, with a note on exactly where they go.
- Once set up, PAYUNi and SunPay appear in the We accept list at checkout and as Credit/Debit Card options, taking your customer to the provider's secure payment page to finish paying.
- These options are offered only to businesses using New Taiwan dollars, and the payment guide lists the methods available for Taiwan, Hong Kong and international businesses.
- All of the new settings labels and the provider names are now fully translated into Traditional Chinese, along with the existing ECPay and NewebPay credential labels.
