When you set up a flexible price rule for a class or equipment hire, you can now choose whether it applies every week or only on specific dates.
- Specific dates: pick any number of dates from a calendar, such as public holidays or special event days, and set the times the price applies.
- On those dates, the date price replaces your weekly price for the same times. The two adjustments are not added together.
- Customers see your date prices in the class pricing list. Once all of a rule's dates have passed, the rule disappears from that list, and your rules list marks it as Ended.
- The From starting price customers see now includes upcoming date discounts and leaves out ones that have passed.
- If two rules would set different prices for the same date or day and time, you see a message telling you which rules overlap so you can fix them before saving.
