A new Security & Visitors area in your settings shows how customers use your booking app and website, and lets you stop unwanted access.
- Visitor overview: for any period up to 90 days, see total visits, signed-in customers, visitors who are not signed in, page views, average time spent and how many people are active right now.
- Charts and breakdowns: see visits by day and by hour in your business's time, by platform and device, and your most viewed pages.
- Visit details: search visits by customer, device, location or IP address, and open any visit to see what happened during it.
- Block a customer: block a customer permanently or for 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. They cannot sign in, book or use your app from any network, and your business appears unavailable to them.
- Block an IP address: block a network for 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
- Stay in control: every block needs a reason, you can unblock at any time, and the history shows who blocked and unblocked each one. Staff, instructors, your own account and your own current IP address cannot be blocked.
- Permissions: by default only Account Admins can use this area. You can give other roles access with the new Security & Visitors permission.
