Attendance now has three clear states, Attended, Not attended and Not recorded, and your admin assistant understands all of them.
- Bookings with no attendance marked show as Not recorded instead of missed.
- Each location can choose whether new bookings start as Attended, Not attended or Pending under Settings → Reservation → Default attendance, with a short explanation of each choice. Bookings you already have stay as they are.
- Ask your admin assistant to change the default attendance for one location or for all locations, and it changes only the locations you name.
- Your admin assistant no longer calls a past booking with no attendance marked a no-show, and it can clear a booking's attendance back to Not recorded.
- Riding schools can now choose Riding school as their business type, and get setup examples for private lessons, group lessons and horses booked as equipment.
- A new 1-minute guided tour shows you where to choose how customer names, dates and times appear.
