Saving a dynamic instructor pay plan now works out pay for your future classes correctly.
- Future scheduled classes now use the special rates you just saved, not the rates from before your change.
- If you remove an instructor from the plan, pay for their upcoming classes is now updated too.
- Each affected class is updated once, so its pay history stays clear.
