Save your LINE message quota for customers who need it. Turn on Optimized notifications to avoid sending the same notification through both the app and LINE.
When app push is enabled for that notification and the customer has an active, logged-in app device with push notifications enabled, we skip the duplicate LINE message. Otherwise, your usual LINE notification settings still apply.
Open LINE → Notifications, turn on Enable and Optimized notifications, then save. If LINE is not enabled for your business, Open page takes you to its Custom Features card first.
