We are excited to announce the release of the "Roles and Permissions" feature on 4/27. This is a job position-based permission management system that allows for the allocation and management of system permissions based on the position of each staff member. Even for staff members with the same job position, different permission restrictions can be assigned.
This user-friendly permission management approach greatly facilitates businesses in ensuring the security of confidential information and provides more protection to the company.
For example, the lowest level of manager (assistant) does not need to access financial-related pages, and instructors can only be authorized to view the attendance list of their own courses. These specific settings will make it easier for you to manage your business.

4/27 (Thur): Web version v9.00 officially launched, featuring "Roles and Permissions" feature.
5/04 (Thur): App v9.00 officially launched, featuring "Roles and Permissions" feature.
5/11 (Thur): Forced App update to v9.00 begins.
We kindly request that all merchants immediately enter the "Roles and Permissions" page to review the system permissions of each staff member, ensuring that users can use the system properly. Please note that all changes made for staff members using the app will only take effect after updating the app next Thursday, 5/4.
We would like to remind you that we have changed the switch in the system page to "Admin" and "Customer". All role permissions, including "Account Admin, Manager, Instructor, Salesperson," and custom roles will go to "admin page" when entering the backend. After each role enters the admin page, they can browse the "authorized pages" or "edit authorized pages" according to the settings.
