Two fixes to purchases and appointment checkout:
- Notifications sent to a customer when they buy a pass now show the location where the purchase was actually made, instead of always naming your main location.
- Buying a pass and booking an appointment time from the older appointment booking page now releases the temporary hold placed on that time when payment goes through, so the booking and the hold are no longer counted as two places on the same session.
