This update extends existing admin tools with clearer warnings and new controls.
- Overlap warnings for more of your schedule. The room and instructor clash warning that already appeared when saving a single class now also appears when you save a repeating class or change the dates on a course. You still see what clashes and can confirm to save anyway, and the warning now names the right kind of clash more reliably.
- Connect a LINE user to a customer. In your LINE users list you can now pick a customer and connect them to a LINE user, or disconnect them again, from the actions next to the row. The Logged in column is now called Connected and shows whether that LINE user has a linked sign-in.
- A limit of 5 live API keys. Your business can hold up to 5 live API keys at a time. Once you reach the limit, new keys can only be created in test mode, and the screen tells you the limit has been reached. Test keys are still unlimited.
- Family members in assistant forms. When the admin assistant asks you to choose a customer's family member, it now offers a searchable list limited to that customer's family members, and the summary shows the person's name rather than a record number.
