Three fixes to how the assistant answers your customers.
- One reply per question on LINE. If the assistant prepared two replies in the same turn, the second could quietly replace the first, so customers sometimes saw an incomplete or unrelated message. Only the reply that was actually delivered is now sent.
- Invoice carrier questions. A customer asking about their electronic invoice carrier now gets invoice help, or a question about which invoice detail they need, instead of being shown shop items.
- A fresh check when a customer disagrees. If a customer says a booking definitely exists, or asks the assistant to check again, it now looks up their bookings again and answers from the new result instead of repeating the earlier not-found answer or suggesting they check for themselves.
