Two problems that made appointment availability show times that were not really free have been fixed.
- When a session is booked, any earlier time that runs into it is now blocked too. Previously only times starting inside the booked window were removed, so a 60-minute class could still be offered at 13:00 or 13:30 even though 14:00 was already booked with the same instructor.
- Changes to repeating classes now update availability straight away. Changing the instructor or time of a repeating class, cancelling an empty repeating session, or adding a new repeating session used to leave the old picture in place - the freed instructor or room stayed blocked and the newly booked one stayed bookable.
No action is needed on your side; availability is now recalculated correctly.
