You now have the same payment choices for equipment as for your classes, both for equipment booked with a class and for standalone equipment hire.
- Set each equipment item to be paid in cash, by pass, or either. Choose which passes it accepts and how many points it costs. Customers pick a pass for each item when they book or add equipment.
- Take full payment, a deposit or nothing at booking, or follow your studio's checkout payment setting. Customers can pay the remaining balance later, and it shows in their outstanding payments.
- Give equipment its own prices for set times and dates, and set different payment settings for a specific class if you need to.
- The price is locked in when the equipment is booked, so changing a price later only affects new bookings.
- Equipment that has been partly paid, or paid with a pass, can no longer be removed from a booking by mistake.
- Your reports and payment list now include deposits and balances paid later for equipment.
