You can now decide how customers pay for each piece of equipment, either on the equipment page or by asking your admin assistant.
- New Payment tab for equipment: choose one-off payment, pass only or both. Set the points charged and which passes are accepted, and decide whether customers need a pass before they can reserve. You can also set the price, what is paid at booking (full, deposit or nothing) and the deposit amount.
- Standalone hire payment: equipment hire has its own Standalone payment tab with the same options, charged per block.
- Class-specific settings: each class can use the equipment's payment settings or its own. This replaces the old price override.
- Clear choices for customers: when booking, customers see what each piece of equipment costs now and later, or what their pass will use. They can pick one of their passes, and one pass covers the class, add-ons and equipment together.
- Cart and checkout: equipment shows as covered by a pass or with the amounts due now and later. Any unpaid equipment balance can be paid from checkout with Complete payment.
- Booking totals now charge only what is due now for each piece of equipment, so deposits are applied correctly.
