Your admin assistant and its guided tours now remember more and can do more for you.
- Tours always finish properly: when you reach the end of a tour, its completion card is saved in your conversation straight away and stays there after you reload the page. A new Retake tour button starts the tour again. Each card keeps its own rating.
- New features in chat: ask the assistant for the latest highlighted new features to see up to five at a time. You can open any one for details, take its tour where one is available, or use Show more to see older highlights. Browsing does not dismiss your feature alerts.
- A clearer Registration forms tour: the tour now takes you to Intake Form in Custom Features, then to your forms list and New, then to the Type choice in the new form editor. If Intake Form is not switched on, the tour stops and explains how to enable it, without changing anything.
- Richer forms from the assistant: the assistant can now add Info box and Paragraph content in English and Chinese, Add dependent items that create a family member when the customer submits the form, and rules that show a question, or make it required, based on another answer. The Intake Form tour now covers these too.
- ChatGPT connector: the dedicated customer health field can no longer be read or edited through the ChatGPT connector. It stays available in your admin.
