Your admin assistant now handles family members and booking moves with far less clicking, and with clearer safeguards.
- One list, one confirmation. When you ask the assistant to remove several of a customer's family members, it shows every one of them in a single list, you tick the ones you want, and you approve the whole batch once instead of confirming each person separately.
- Bookings and history are kept. Removing family members no longer touches their bookings, waiting-list places, payments or past records, and past attendance still shows the name it was booked under.
- Adding a family member asks once. A simple request to add a family member now opens one form with both the account and the name, instead of asking twice.
- Moving a booking asks which one. If a customer has more than one booking in a session, the assistant now asks you to pick the exact booking before it moves anything, and never offers to move both or to quietly raise the capacity of the new session.
- The new session is checked first. The assistant confirms there is a free place in the destination before removing the old booking. If it cannot check, it says the availability is unknown rather than claiming the session is full, and it stops.
- Clearer results. When a move finishes, the assistant tells you the new booking and confirms the same family member was kept. If only part of the move went through, it says so plainly instead of reporting success.
- A decline stays a decline. If you turn down a change, the assistant cannot ask for it again in a slightly different form, and asking whether it is done does not restart it. Asking it to try again does.
