Two new controls for your studio, one at the check-in kiosk and one for family members.
- Kiosk reservations. A customer who has identified themselves at the kiosk can now reserve a place on a class scheduled in the next 7 days at that location, without going to their phone.
- You choose who can reserve. Pick one of three options: nobody, anyone, or only customers who hold a valid pass for that class. Studios start on the pass-only option.
- The usual rules still apply. The kiosk only offers classes that are visible, still have room and are not already booked by that customer, it uses the right pass and counts the visits or points it needs, it checks again at the moment of booking, and it asks the customer to confirm any warnings first. Classes that require a form to be completed are still booked from the booking page.
- Dependent birthdays are now your choice. Decide whether a dependent's birthday is collected at all, and whether it is required.
- One extra dependent detail of your own. Turn on an extra field, name it yourself in English and Chinese - school, allergy, shirt size - and choose whether it is required. It appears wherever dependents are added or edited, including your registration and intake forms, your customer list and the assistant.
