Cancelling through your admin assistant is now something you can check at a glance.
- The confirmation for cancelling a class booking now shows the customer's name together with the class name, its time and the instructor, instead of only an internal booking number.
- If the booking was made for a family member, the confirmation shows that family member's name.
- When a customer has more than one class on the same day, the confirmation names the exact session that will be cancelled.
- Cancelling or moving a 1-on-1 appointment now shows the customer and the appointment, and a reschedule also shows the new time.
- If the assistant has not yet looked up the booking details, it shows what it has rather than guessing, so nothing misleading is ever put in front of you.
