This release makes payment status easier to understand and speeds up booking with a pass you already own.
- Four clear payment states - every purchase and pass now shows one of Pending, Unpaid, Awaiting verification or Paid, instead of separate paid and verified labels. The new state appears on badges, pass lists, purchase details, reports and exports.
- Simpler payment status editing - when editing a pass or a purchase, staff now choose a single payment status from a short list (Unpaid, Awaiting verification, Paid), each with a short explanation. Pending is set automatically while an online payment is still being processed.
- Pay now only when it applies - customers are offered the option to pay again only for passes that are genuinely unpaid; passes still being processed or awaiting confirmation now show a status instead.
- Instant booking with an existing pass - if a booking is fully covered by your pass and there is nothing left to pay, it is confirmed straight away with a confirmation message, with no trip through the cart. If equipment or an add-on still needs payment, checkout continues as before.
- Booking rules checked earlier - reservation warnings and limits are now shown before a booking is held, and any temporary hold is released if you decide not to continue.
- Tidier calendar sync settings - the Google Calendar sync options now use the standard option list with clearer sub-labels.
