Fixed an issue with what happens after you confirm a class reservation.
- Confirming a reservation that does not add an item to your cart now takes you straight to the booking confirmation page instead of leaving you on the date-selection screen.
- Reservations that add an item to your cart still go to checkout with the "Added to Cart" confirmation.
- Only genuinely cancelled or expired holds now release the time slot and return it to the list as available.
