Scheduled classes that have no instructor assigned now load correctly.
- A class session without a primary instructor now opens its details as normal, showing the class, level, room and any additional instructors.
- The same applies when the instructor originally set on a session is no longer an active record.
- The instructor is simply shown as empty instead of the whole session failing to load.
