Ask the assistant for instructor session counts and flat-rate pay estimates, and get answers it can actually back up

Posted by OmceanBooking

The admin assistant is better at answering questions about instructors, and much more careful about only telling you what it can back up.

  • Instructor session counts: ask for the number of scheduled sessions per instructor over an exact date range and you get the complete list of active instructors, ranked, including those with no sessions.
  • Flat-rate pay estimates: give the assistant your own amount per session and it works out the totals from those session counts, even if you do not use the Dynamic Instructor Pay feature.
  • Separate counts stay separate: the rows showing on your screen, your full instructor list and the instructors attached to one pay formula are now reported as three distinct numbers instead of being mixed up.
  • No invented buttons or causes: when you ask where a control is and it is not on the page, the assistant says so instead of guessing a location or workflow, and it no longer claims a LINE setting was definitely the reason an earlier notification failed.
  • Pass and record choices stick: when you pick a customer, class, instructor, room or pass from a list, the assistant now uses exactly that record for the change that follows.
  • Faster route to a person on your website: a visitor who leaves their email or phone and asks for a human is passed to your team right away, using the contact details they already gave.
  • Knows when to stop: if you tell the assistant to forget it, it gives one short apology and stops instead of repeating advice that did not help.
  • Safer policy answers: when a customer asks about your rules, the assistant can no longer book them into a class while answering.
