Setting up a cancellation form is now simpler when you want it to cover every class.
- Leave the class list empty on a cancellation form and it now applies to all classes automatically, including any classes you create later.
- The forms list shows All for these forms instead of an empty class count.
- The class picker now reads All classes when no classes are selected on a cancellation form.
