The admin AI assistant can now help you set up cancellation forms — a short form shown to a customer right before they cancel a class reservation.
- Ask the assistant to create a cancellation form for selected classes, or for all classes.
- Choose whether the form is required, so customers must complete it before cancelling, or optional, so they can skip it.
- Cancellation forms appear inline at the moment of cancelling, so they never leave a pending to-do.
- The assistant can also list, review, archive, and diagnose cancellation forms alongside your intake forms, surveys, and feedback forms.
