The AI assistant can now book one-on-one appointments for your customers, and pass history is more complete.
- Book for a customer: ask the assistant to book an appointment on behalf of a customer and it will create the booking for you. It follows exactly the same rules as a customer booking it themselves - availability, time slot holds and pass requirements all still apply.
- Staff permissions respected: only staff with appointment permissions can book this way, and accounts in read-only mode are always refused.
- Complete pass history: passes you granted manually or brought in from an import now appear in a customer's pass history when you ask the assistant about it. Previously only passes with a payment record were shown.
