The assistant in your admin area got a round of improvements to its in-chat forms.
- Clearer file uploads. The upload area now says what you can drop in - price lists, timetables, brochures, menus - and shows which file types are accepted. You can drag files in or click to browse.
- File previews. Files you attach to a form now appear as image thumbnails or file cards with a remove button, the same way attachments look in the message box.
- An "and / or" marker makes it clear when uploading a file is an alternative to entering a website address, rather than an extra step.
- Scheduling forms open pre-filled. When the assistant asks you to schedule a class, course, or one-off session, the date starts at today and the time at 3:00 PM, so the common case needs no extra taps. Anything the assistant already suggested, or you already chose, is never overwritten.
- Tidier form layout. Date and time fields now show the assistant's own question as their label instead of a generic "Date" or "Time".
We also fixed a few things:
- Dropping a file onto a form no longer attaches it to your message as well.
- If the connection drops while a form is open, the assistant now quietly restores the form instead of showing an error - no page reload needed.
- The business setup checklist no longer shows the location step as complete for a brand-new account before you have set anything up.
