We fixed two issues with the AI assistant that customers and studio owners would notice.
- When a class cancellation requires a short form, the assistant now points you to My Reservations on the same site or app you are already using, where the form appears automatically as you confirm the cancellation. It no longer suggests downloading or switching to another app.
- The assistant no longer repeats the same action over and over. Previously a chat could end without any reply; now it stops and tells you the outcome and what, if anything, you need to do yourself.
- When the assistant fills in fields on a page you have open, it now clearly tells you the fields are filled in and that you still need to review them and click Save.
