The admin assistant can now handle more of your day-to-day setup directly in chat.
- Repeating classes: ask the assistant to look up a weekly or fortnightly class pattern and change its day, time, instructors or capacity, give it a final date while keeping past sessions, or permanently remove it. Every change is confirmed by you before it is saved.
- A change to "every" or "all future" sessions now updates the repeating pattern itself, while a change for one date still affects only that session.
- Excel uploads: you can now attach an Excel workbook (.xlsx) alongside CSV files, screenshots and photos - for example when importing your customer list. Each worksheet is read for you. Older .xls files and macro-enabled .xlsm files are not supported.
- Faster navigation: ask to be taken to a named page and the assistant opens it directly. Asking for a specific pass now opens that exact pass instead of the general list.
- A booking or instructor clash is now always reported as a clash, instead of occasionally being reported as a saved change.
