Reviewing what your AI chatbot has been asked is now easier.
- The Sessions area is split into two tabs: Per session (the conversation list you already know) and Per message (every individual message).
- The Per message view shows the customer, the message text, whether it came from the customer or the assistant, which conversation it belongs to, and when it was sent.
- Filter by conversation or customer, and search across customer, message text, role and conversation.
- Clicking a conversation now opens the Per message view already filtered to that conversation, instead of opening a pop-up transcript window.
- Conversations started by visitors who are not signed in are now labelled clearly as website visitors.
