Class rooms are spaces inside one of your locations, and it is easy to type a branch name into the wrong place. Setting up rooms now includes a safety check.
- When you create or edit a class room and the name looks more like a separate branch, venue, site or street address, a message appears before the room is saved.
- The message explains the difference and suggests creating a Location instead, with examples such as Studio A, Court 2 or Treatment Room 1.
- Nothing is saved until you choose: go back and change it, or confirm and save it as a class room anyway.
- The check is available in English and Chinese, and appears when you manage your studio in a web browser.
