View and update your admin account details

Update the admin account's name, email and contact information shown to staff and customers.

Where to edit admin / staff accounts

Admin and staff profile details live at Admin → Staff → [name] → Content. Subscription and billing-related information (plan, expiry, custom feature count) is on a separate page at Admin → Settings → Account Information.

Editable fields on the staff edit page

The sidebar of the Content tab groups fields into sections:

  • Basic Information — first name, last name, email (required, must be unique).
  • Profile Picture — circular image upload.
  • Cover Photo — rectangular image.
  • Biography — multi-language WYSIWYG.
  • Video — YouTube link or upload.
  • Social Media — Instagram and Facebook usernames.
  • Tags — customer tag picker.
  • Location — one or more locations.
  • Instructor Pay (advanced) — pay rate plus a toggle that decides whether changes apply to New classes only or to Update all upcoming classes.

How to save and view subscription info

Click the header Save button after editing; you return to the Staff list on success. Required fields (First Name, Email) must be filled and the email must be valid. For subscription details such as plan, expiry date, days remaining and custom features used vs total, go to Admin → Settings → Account Information — those fields are read-only and reflect the current billing state.
