Why reorder
Different businesses prefer different starting points. Coaching studios often start with the instructor (customer picks their preferred coach first, then picks the service). Classes-first works well when customers know what they want but are flexible on who teaches it.
How to reorder
Go to Admin → Appointments → Settings → Booking flow. Each step card has a drag handle (≡ icon) on the left. Drag a card up or down to change the order; the change is reflected immediately in the form and the customer URL structure adjusts accordingly. Save to persist.
