Organise add-ons into groups so customers can pick one option per group at booking time.

What an add-on group is

An add-on group bundles related add-ons with a selection rule. For example, a "Drink" group with Coffee, Tea and Water — the customer can pick one, optionally pick one (with a "None" choice), or pick multiple, depending on the rule you set.

Selection modes

Three selection modes are available:

  • Single — customer must pick exactly one. No "None" option.
  • Single (Optional) — customer can pick one or skip. A "None" entry is added.
  • Multiple — customer can pick zero or many.

Scope is either Per booking (charged once) or Per person (charged per attendee).

How to create a group

  1. Go to Admin → Appointments → Add-ons → Groups → New.
  2. Pick the selection mode (Single / Single Optional / Multiple).
  3. Pick the scope (Per booking / Per person).
  4. Select which add-ons belong to this group.
  5. Select which appointment services this group attaches to.
  6. Save.
