What this controls
The time-frame setting limits how far into the future customers can pick an appointment slot from the calendar. Beyond the configured window, dates are greyed out and unselectable.
How to configure
Open the appointment settings for the instructor (or globally) and find the time-frame picker. Hours range from 0 to 6, minutes from 0 to 55 in 5-minute steps. The system stores the combined total in minutes (e.g. 2 hours 30 minutes = 150 minutes). For longer windows use the "Daily limit" variant which goes up to 12 hours per step.
