Here are the answers to some of the most common questions we hear from our appreciated customers.

Is a free trial available?

You bet! We offer a 7-day free trial of Omcean Booking to give you the chance to explore the platform. The trial site is live, so you’ll be able to test it out with your real business data and workflows.

How long is the onboarding process?

Omcean Booking setup is configured by you to meet your business’s unique needs. An onboarding specialist will walk you through setting up your Omcean Booking site shortly after you become a customer. Typically, it takes 1 week to complete setup and implement the live site. That estimated setup time is dependent on your active involvement.

Can I make adjustments to my plan?

Of course! Your software needs change as your business grows. Omcean Booking software scales easily, whether you have 1 site with 20 clients or are managing a national franchise. An account manager can work with you to ensure that you’re harnessing the full power of Omcean Booking to meet your business goals.

Can I suggest a new feature?

Definitely YES, you can contact us to let us know your needs. If your suggestion represents any value to both we can include it as a custom feature or you can request a custom addition by an extra cost. Please note it could take some time in order for the feature to be implemented.

How do I get started?

Simply choose a booking url on the register page that your customers will visit (if not using the app) to reserve a class. Then fill out any additional information for your business.

How does the custom feature work?

Custom Features are additional functionalities of the system that will help you to improve your business. Please check the list of Custom Features below along with their descriptions and instructions how to use. The plan your on determines how many custom features you are allowed.

Can I try a custom feature for free?

You bet! We allow you to try a custom feature out for 7 days even if you don’t have enough points available.

How many admins can I have?

As many as you want. There is no limit to the number of administrators or instructors that can access the business portal.

What integrations do you offer?

We are always adding to the features we have. Currently we have social media integrations (Facebook, Instagram, Line, Google) as well as many payment integrations. Check out the Custom Features page for a full list.
