This update fixes several things in your AI assistant on LINE, the admin assistant and the Welcome tour.
- LINE menu buttons: When a customer taps a class, pass, instructor, location or date in an older LINE menu, the assistant now knows exactly what they chose and answers about that item.
- My reservations: The "my reservations" button in older LINE menus now shows the signed-in customer their own bookings.
- Menu options the assistant does not recognise: If a customer taps a menu option the assistant cannot understand, it now asks them to type the item name or date instead of asking them to tap the same option again.
- Conversation order: The LINE assistant now reads recent messages in the order they were actually sent, so its replies follow the conversation correctly.
- Attendance lists in the admin assistant: You can now ask for members who attended at least a certain number of classes in a period, not only an exact number.
- Class and customer names: The admin assistant can now show the Chinese names of your classes. Appointment customers who have only a first name or only a surname now show on the schedule instead of appearing without a name.
- Welcome tour: The location step now accepts a website address such as www.yourstudio.com without https:// in front. The Facebook and Instagram fields accept just your page name instead of a full link.
