We fixed three cases where your admin assistant could make the wrong change even after you approved it.
- Issuing a pass: The assistant now shows a short form where you pick the customer and the pass, enter the total price and choose Paid or Unpaid. An unpaid pass keeps its full price owed, and a price of 0 is used only for a free gift.
- Switching the pass on a booking: The assistant now swaps the pass in one step. If the new pass cannot be used for that class, the booking keeps its original pass. If you want to leave a booking with no pass at all, the assistant asks you to confirm that choice first.
- Booking customers: Asking the assistant to schedule a class now only creates the class. The assistant books a customer only when you name them in your request or pick them in a form. Having a customer's profile open does not count as choosing them.
