Your admin assistant now checks your saved settings before answering booking questions on the Reservation settings page.
- When two dependents on the same account want to book the same class, the assistant explains that One reservation per class applies to the whole account, including its dependents, and tells you whether it is currently on.
- If you reply that your dependents are already set up, or that something still does not work, the assistant checks your settings again instead of repeating the same advice.
- If the restriction is already off, the assistant says it is not what is blocking the booking and asks for the booking error and the customer and class involved.
- The assistant no longer describes Multiple reservations at once as a way to book several people into one class. That setting lets a customer book several future dates in one go.
- While it is only answering a question, the assistant cannot change your settings. It changes them only when you ask it to.
