Your admin assistant now gives clearer, more reliable answers when you ask where to find something or ask it to set things up.
- If the first help article it finds is about a different page, such as the photo album when you asked about your home page image, the assistant now searches again and points you to the right page instead of guessing.
- When the assistant shares a help article and you reply "Take me there", it now gives you that article's link instead of saying it could not open the article.
- The assistant no longer asks you to approve a change that has nothing in it and would only fail after you approve it.
- When you ask it to create an intake form question, it now reuses the question you already have with the same name instead of creating a duplicate.
- If Intake Forms is turned off, the assistant now tells you whether your plan has room to turn it on under Custom features, or whether you first need to turn off another feature or upgrade.
