Your admin assistant now handles dependents more reliably, and it no longer asks you to approve changes that cannot go through.
- Ask it to change or clear the dependent on several bookings at once. You approve them all from one list that shows the customer, the dependent and each class with its date and time.
- When you approve a change to a booking's dependent, you now see the customer, dependent and class details instead of ID numbers.
- To add several dependents at once, enter their names in one form, separated by semicolons.
- Once you submit the dependent form, the assistant creates the dependents straight away without asking you to approve again, and it never creates the same dependent twice.
- If only some bookings could be updated, it tells you which ones were updated, which ones you should check and which ones were not changed.
- It no longer creates a second active promotion with the same name or coupon code as one you already have. If Discounts, Coupons and Referrals is turned off, it tells you to turn it on first.
- If turning on a custom feature would use more points than your plan includes, it tells you instead of asking you to approve the change.
