Your admin assistant no longer cancels a pass it chose by itself when your request doesn't say which pass you mean.
- If you ask it to cancel a customer's 'other pass' or 'another pass', nothing is changed until you choose the customer and the exact pass from a short form.
- Only the pass you select is cancelled.
- Requests that name the pass, such as 'cancel May's 20-point Flow Yoga pass', still go ahead straight away.
