Your AI assistants now give more careful answers when the details do not match exactly.
- When you ask your admin assistant to link named classes, such as a 50-minute class, to an instructor, it now links only classes that match the name, level and length exactly.
- If a class you named cannot be found or matches more than one class, nothing is changed. The assistant asks you to choose the class you meant and does not say every class was linked.
- When a customer asks your chatbot about a missing email or notification and no record is found, the chatbot no longer says it was definitely never sent, and it no longer uses the customer's current settings to explain what happened in the past.
