Your admin assistant now answers attendance and settings questions more precisely.
- Minimum attendance lists: ask for members who attended at least a number of classes, such as five or more, or everyone who attended. You can limit it to one instructor, class or location. The assistant shows how many members match in total and tells you when it can only show part of the list.
- Class names in your language: when you chat in Chinese, schedule answers use each class's Chinese name. If a class has a name in only one language, that name is shown.
- Calendar visibility stays with the people you asked about: if you want your instructors to see member names, the assistant no longer offers to show names to customers or visitors. Any change it suggests says which viewers it affects.
- Chinese replies keep button names: Chinese replies that mention English button or setting names, such as Use webhook, are no longer replaced by an apology.
- Monthly and class-credit cards: questions that mention 月卡 or 堂卡 now look up your passes correctly.
- Signing in from the website: the assistant on the Omcean Booking website now helps existing users find their business's sign-in page instead of sending them to registration or the demo. It only says the team has been notified after the message was actually sent.
