Your admin assistant now gives clearer, more reliable answers about open classes and bookings.
- Ask for classes in a time range, such as open sessions between 09:00 and 12:00, and it shows only sessions that start in that range, on every day you asked about.
- It lists every matching session in a table with the date, time, class, instructor, booked places and open places. Back-to-back sessions are listed separately.
- If no session matches, it simply says so instead of suggesting times outside the range you asked for.
- Asking which classes have space while counting bookings held by your hold accounts as taken no longer opens a customer picker as if you wanted to make a booking.
- When you ask what a colored label means, such as the yellow course label on a customer's booking, the assistant checks the help center first. If it cannot confirm the meaning, it tells you so instead of guessing.
- When you ask it to book a customer using only part of their name, such as their Chinese name, it now recognises them without asking you to choose them again after you approve, as long as only one customer matches.
