Your admin assistant now gives you a fuller picture of where you still have room, and its revenue report covers more of your income.
- Ask which classes have space for certain dates, weekends or classes, and name the accounts you use to hold places, such as "Swim School(hold)". Open places and held places are shown separately.
- If you name more than one holding account, places held by every one of them are now counted, not just the first.
- Only the accounts you named are counted. Another account with a similar name is never used in their place.
- If your assistant cannot confirm the full held and open counts, it tells you so instead of saying every class is full or suggesting a different class.
- The revenue report now includes income from pay-per-session bookings and equipment hire.
