Two updates to how your account describes your business and how bulk cancellations are handled.
- When you confirm your business type with the setup assistant, the words used across your account are set to match your industry - for example patient and dentist for a dental practice, client and hairdresser for a salon, or student and teacher for a school. Rooms, passes and the calendar are renamed to suit as well.
- If your business only takes one-to-one bookings, sessions are described as services on a schedule rather than classes on a calendar.
- Any wording you have already changed yourself is left exactly as it is. The assistant only sets the wording when everything is still on the standard defaults, so re-confirming your business type later will never overwrite your own terms. You can still edit every word yourself at any time.
- Cancelling several reservations at once now records the cancellation form you fill in for each booking, the same way it works when you cancel a single reservation.
